Measured twice, against your own standard.
The baseline is set at Assess: nine behavioural competencies, rated by the candidate, their managers and the teams who see their work, and scored against the capability standard your ExCo agreed – not a model bought off a shelf. Psychometric profiling sits alongside it.
The same instrument runs again at Prove, and the difference is reported in four dimensions: capability uplift, behaviour shift, business impact, and return in hard currency – set against the value at stake that was sized before any work began.
Because the standard was agreed in advance and the measure is identical at both ends, the difference is believable in front of your ExCo. Most leadership development isn’t.
We don’t mark our own homework.
When it comes to what changed – business impact, behavioural shift, competency uplift, tangible ROI – an independent party is better placed than we are to tell you what your investment achieved.
So measurement is carried out by Game2Change. Led by Deirdre Jensen, it is contracted separately from our design and delivery team, and reports what moved to your ExCo. You get evidence not just of the tangible ROI each accelerator generated, but of the ROI of working with us, across business impact, behavioural shift and competency uplift.
Three vantage points, one client.
“Tangible results in themselves and with their teams after the first workshop.”
