Terms of use
These terms govern your use of resonance.global. By using the site you accept them. They cover the website only: if we work together, the engagement letter we both sign governs that work, and it prevails over anything here.
Resonance Leadership Advisory (Resonance Limited, a company registered in Jersey with company number 138766, whose registered office is at 114 Les Cinq Chenes, St Saviour, Jersey JE2 7UU) is the controller of the personal information described on this page. You can reach us about anything here at david@resonance.global.
What this site is
It describes what Resonance Leadership Advisory does, publishes a podcast with its transcripts, and lets you start a conversation with us. Nothing on it is an offer to contract, a quotation, or advice on your own situation. Reading it does not make us your adviser.
There is no pricing on this site and nothing here can be bought. We take no payment online and ask for no payment details. Engagements are quoted in writing and invoiced.
What you may do with the material
The words, images, podcast recordings and transcripts on this site belong to Resonance Limited or to the people who licensed them to us. You are welcome to read, share and quote from them, including the transcripts, with attribution and a link to the page you took them from. Please do not republish a whole page or a whole transcript as your own, and please do not use our name or marks in a way that suggests we endorse you.
Quotations from clients appear with their permission. Photographs of people appear with theirs. If you are in one and would rather not be, write to us and we will take it down.
What you send us
If you send us an enquiry, apply to come on the show or suggest a guest, you confirm that what you send is yours to send and is accurate as far as you know. Please do not send us anything confidential through a web form: it is not a secure channel and a first message rarely needs to carry anything sensitive.
If you are put forward as a guest, or put someone else forward, taking part is a separate conversation and nothing here commits either of us to it.
Links out
Some pages link to other people's sites, and episode pages link to podcast directories and to YouTube. We do not control those and we are not responsible for what is on them.
Availability, and what we do not promise
We keep the site working and correct, and we do not promise it will always be available or always free of error. The podcast transcripts are produced automatically and then reviewed; a name or a figure may be misheard, and the recording is the authoritative version.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for anything the law does not allow us to limit, including fraud or personal injury caused by our negligence. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for anything arising from a decision you took on the basis of something you read here rather than on advice we gave you.
Changes
We may change these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date it was last changed at the top.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of Jersey, and the courts of Jersey have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you are a consumer in another country, this does not take away any protection you have under the law of the place you live.
The services we provide to clients are governed solely by the engagement letter signed with each client, which prevails over these terms.
